Do you accept returns or refunds?

All sales are final. Because everything is custom-made or created in small batches, I’m not able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please reach out within 3 days so I can help find a solution.

How long does it take to process my order?

  • Ready-to-ship items: Usually ship or are ready for pickup within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items (like signs): Typically take up to 5 business days. I try to work quickly so you can enjoy your piece sooner.
  • Custom or bulk orders: Processing time depends on the size of the order and whether I need to order extra materials.

What shipping methods do you offer?

All orders ship through USPS:

  • Economy: 5–8 business days after processing
  • Standard: 2–4 business days after processing
  • Express: 1–2 business days after processing

(Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by USPS delays, weather, or holidays.)

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $100 include free Economy shipping.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

  • Pickup: Free pickup is available in West Chester, PA. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup details.
  • Delivery: Free local delivery within 6 miles of West Chester on orders over $100.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet — shipping is currently available within the United States only.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) so I can help.
